• Led a team of software developers to deliver flexible, reliable, and secure Java services that supported customer requirements for content delivery and monetization.
• Enabled lean management practices by making product development workflow visible to better detect and mitigate obstacles, allowing team and leadership to gain clarity on high priority tasks and improve communication.
• Transformed organizational knowledge sharing practice department-wide by recording 6 brown bag talks and by utilizing company’s product to deliver the training content, improving software knowledge across teams.

• Directly led a team of full-stack software developers working with Groovy, ReactJS, Node.js, AWS, Chef, MongoDB and Linux.
• Drove Kanban and DevOps best practices, monitored critical projects to ensure accurate schedules and on-time results.
