David Riesner

I'm 30 years old, born and raised in Burlington, VT, where I also attended the University of Vermont for 4 years to achieve my bachelors of science degree in nutrition and food science. I began in the workface selling gym memberships, quite successfully. I eventually started privately selling art while in college and eventually fell into the world of restaurant industry. After college, 7 years ago, I moved to Oahu, where I have been bartending, and managing for the past 7 years. I took a brief break from restaurants to dive back into sales, with a pursuit in life insurance, working for American Income Life. In the time I worked for them I became the top selling rookie-agent in my first 45 days with the company and I even lead a national training call with over 1,000 new agents to teach about how I make sales. I have since been working as a unionized bartender at the Moana Surfrider Beach Bar.

Professional experience consists of being a membership director at a premium gym in Vermont for 4 years. Privately selling art for 3 years. Bartending, serving and managing across multiple restaurants in Vermont and Oahu, most recently being the Moana Surfrider Beach Bar where I have worked for over 2.5 years. I briefly worked as a sales agent and supervising agent for American Income Life, achieving the title of top selling rookie-agent at the beginning of my career with them.

I graduated highschool in 2013. I then attended the University of Vermont from 2013-2017 where I attained a Bachelors of Science degree in nutrition and food science.
