I am a hard worker that takes pride in my work. I have 20+ years of experience in manufacturing and production. I understand lean manufacturing principles and the value of experienced and competent employees. I believe in doing a job right the first time to prevent lost production time.

I have 15 years of experience in set-up and processing of injection molding machines at Valley Industrial Plastics and Monoflo, and 7 years of experience loading batches to make automotive paint at Axalta. I also have 10 years of experience as a shift/ department leader. I have good mechanical and problem-solving skills, and record keeping skills as well. 

The majority of the education I have comes from on-the-job training. I have 20+ years of experience in production and manufacturing. I attended The Deisel Institute of America. I am NCCER certified in mig, tig, and stick welding. I have OSHA 10.
