For many years, I have prioritized assisting clients to the best of my ability. It is important to listen as well as to educate and the ability to walk a mile in another's shoes have made all the difference. Relating to the public and showing shared interest creates a relationship that can thrive. My goal is to make the customer experience better every time.
For almost 20 years, I worked in the automotive field, selling vehicle to the public. I was able to gain trust and create repeat business on a regular basis. Some folks would only work with me, and it made me feel proud. I was able to showcase my years of experience in each situation, explaining how I can help fit a vehicle into their budget, but simply listening and making suggestions based on their situations.
I went to a local Community College, Lehigh Carbon Community College, where my studies were focused on Physical Therapy. This was a path I felt I could bring a great deal of value to. With an unfortunate turn of events, I found myself suddenly a single Mom raising two-year-old twins on my own. I was able to pivot into the Automotive business, where through the years, have taken many college courses and independent studies of topics I found interesting.
