- I currently oversee all collections on 700 million per year. I book all payments to their accounts. I also begin the lien process by filing intent to claim letters and then work with the legal department to file those liens and issue demand letters on past due balances. I call on customers and work with Project Managers with any corrections that need to make to the accounts. In this role I have brought down the DSO and increased cash flow and had record number receipts per month.
- I also work with the Labor and Compliance department to make sure all certified payroll is completed and submitted for payment.
AR Manager/Payroll Supervisor - Bergstein Enterprises

- I oversaw the entire AR department. I was also in charge of weekly meetings with the President, Vice Presidents and CFO of the company. I set up new customers and would research those companies for creditworthiness. I would also help the company's lawyer file liens, call customers on payments, set up payment arrangements, correct invoices, pull GPS, book customer payments to their account, reconcile accounts and oversee the payroll department. - I was hired as their payroll accountant in 2010. I would process and was responsible for all the payroll start to finish, the payroll consisted of approximately 500 employees. I started in the AR department after 8 years and started billing a weekly contract of $200,000 to $300,000 each week. When the contract was completed, I began collecting on their largest customer (3.5 million). I was then promoted to AR Manager and oversaw the collections for 5.5 million dollars in revenue a month.

- I provided customer service and managed the night crew. Was responsible for ringing up sales and making sure the store was cleaned and all items done on the nightly check list.
- While working for this company, I began as a cashier working nights while attending college. I was promoted to the assistant manager position and then promoted to manager. I transferred to another location and worked as their bookkeeper before leaving to work for Berstein Enterprises. I continued to work part time with the company until 2018.

- I was responsible for setting up new hires, garnishments, inputting hours, cutting checks, reporting taxes and cutting AP checks associated with the payroll account.
- While working for this company, I started as an assistant to the HR Manager, moved up to the lead payroll clerk, transferred to the corporate office and was the executive assistant to 8 directors. When the company sold part of the business, I was transferred to the fuel and transportation division to do the billing and the payroll for the trucking division.
