Hello,
My name is Dawn Thomas and I live in Concord, North Carolina, U.S.A. I’m an entry-level, self-taught ETL/Python Developer and want to assist with helping to extract, cleanse, organize, and aggregate data. Previously, for over twenty years, I had a career in the legal field as a paralegal.
Currently, I am working towards transitioning my skills to a new career in technology. As such, my goals are to support an ETL/application development projects using Python and SQL. That is, I want to work with businesses using my technology skills, to develop and improve the workflow of their projects.
Summarizing my professional background, in February 2011, I began a freelance, project-based paralegal service. I was appointed by civil court judges to provide paralegal services to the New York City agencies on behalf of disabled and low-income tenants. The objective was to assist tenants with their summary proceedings and administrative hearings to preserve their tenancy.
