As a results-driven Network Engineer with 4+ years of experience, I specialize in designing, securing, and automating enterprise and telecom networks. My expertise spans configuring Cisco, Juniper, and Checkpoint devices, deploying VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN, and automating network operations using Python.

I began my career at HCL Technologies (India), managing enterprise firewall security (Cisco ASA, Checkpoint), resolving VPN/MPLS issues, and deploying Cisco ISE for access control using PEAP and EAP-TLS. I supported over 500 users and maintained 100+ devices while gaining experience with monitoring tools like Indeni, EM7, and Gigamon.

At Lumen Technologies (USA), I now work as a Network Automation Engineer, focusing on scripting, testing, and performance optimization. I’ve automated 100+ device configurations with Python, managed LTE SAE Gateways, improved uptime to 99.9%, and conducted over 300 test cases across EPC networks. My role also includes maintaining F5 networks, performance tuning, and implementing upgrades for scalability and security.

I have in-depth experience with Layer 2/3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), firewall & ACL management, and VPN/IPSec/SSL deployment. My strengths lie in combining traditional network engineering with automation, cloud readiness, and compliance.

I recently graduated with M.S. in Information Technology from University of Cincinnati (May 2025), with a focus on cloud networking, cybersecurity, and software-defined infrastructure.
