I began my career as a medical laboratory scientist. I had an interest in teaching laboratory science and decided to try it. I have been in education ever since my first day of teaching. My career path has offered me opportunities to develop curriculum and new programs, offer my services as a volunteer for the educational laboratory accreditation agency, and pursue and obtain my doctorate, Ed.D.
I studied Organizational Leadership and my dissertation was about authentic leadership. I am ready to use new skills I have acquired, expand my knowledge, and even take on a different focus.
