Debika Ingham

I’ve made several career changes in my life, but I’ve narrowed in on my strengths and passions. I value people, collaboration, and nurturing ideas, projects, and my peers.

Gardening and plants have also been a constant through my life and I’m beginning my journey into botany and horticulture. I’d love the opportunity to put my strengths and passions towards a position that reflects those goals.

In addition I have both high tech and education experience so bring years of experience working with deadlines, technology, understanding and meeting customer requirements as well as a keen eye for understanding students needs and delivering multiple communication modes to support their learning

• 15 years in high tech - technology, marketing, and strategic positions @ Intel and Marvel before being stay at home as well as recently at ARM
• 7 years stay at home parent of a special needs child, who is now in general education and about to graduate HS
• 8 years as high school educator - 60%+ lower socieo-economic students at Akins HS and Ann Richards

• UT Austin, BSEE
• Double masters from MIT, MSEE and MBA
• Region XIII teacher certification for 8-12 STEM education.
