Worked as a single employee for 30+ years a residential builder maintaining all office duties to include bookkeeping, payroll, deposits, bank reconciliation, proposals, W-2 and 1099 distribution, coordinated with accountant through year procedures, filing of payroll reports and tax payments, coordinated customer service for homeowner repairs. Also worked for a commercial contractor from 2017 - 2023 performing the same duties.

High school graduate and a couple self-improvement courses for computers.
