I worked for Rite Aid for 22 years. I performed all the jobs a pharmacy technician would need to do. I do inventory, outdates, organizing the shelves. I enjoy the job!

I can type a handwritten script or electronic script,

get the medication, check the expiration date and count it out, then give to the Pharmacist,

put the medication back on the shelf, if the medication is a control, I would do the back count and mark on the bottle the remaining amount.

ring the customer out.

put the medication in alphabetical order, check for outdates put written scripts in numerical order

I have a high school education
