Warehouse Production Lead & Material Handler

Assist in staging label production; Review all stock label materials to designated area; Move completed label orders to staging and through shipping; Responsible for inventory management: part numbers, balances, reports and physical inventory, cycle counts under the direction of Production manager and floor supervisor. Accurately record shipping and receiving data; Receive and unpack materials and supplies; Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes. Operate appropriate machinery including electric pallet jack and forklift to move, convey, hoist shipments to and from shipping and receiving platforms; attend mandatory training on equipment.
Train, audit, and ensure company methods are followed by every team member; Enhance production team performance through training, facilitating, communicating, and helping as needing in order to achieve team safety, quality, attendance and production goals; Ensure all Android systems are properly used in the production of our product; Create and maintain a safe work environment, supporting the line Supervisor in maintaining and staging products to the production area. A Team Lead with clear responsibilities, expectations and deliverables for each direct associate and Transitioning into a team player when needed.
