After a career in the Army, I came home and started working in Manufacturing Leadership. I am still doing it and I am passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing people to achieve their goals. I believe people are our greatest resource in business and that we should treat everyone with dignity and respect.
I started my career in Assembly working on a line and step by step worked my way up through hourly and salaried management/leadership roles to where I am now - as a Production Manager.
I hold an Associate‘s of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
