Derek Gentry

I have been a General Manager/COO of two Country Clubs for the past 16 years. I have managed a staff of 130 and served 300 type A successful members. I am looking to change careers and find an organization that could use my skill set.

I have led successful teams for more than 16 years. From 2008 to 2016 I was the General Manager/COO at Eau Claire Golf and Country Club and from 2016 to present I am the General Manager/COO of Butte des Morts Country Club. I have been responsible for the membership sales for the past 16 years as well. During that time I have sold more than 600 memberships! I have been responsible for the training of our staff to surpass the high member's expectations. In my past 16 years, I am very proud to say that my P&L management has resulted in no membership assessments while also investing more than $7.5 million dollars in Capital Improvements. My passion is seeing clients excited as a result of my efforts and the efforts of my team.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida.
