Destiny Hurtado

I’m a Lehman College graduate with a BFA in Art and a minor in Marketing, with experience across social media, digital marketing, content creation, design, and marketing analytics.

I currently work as a Design Assistant in Lehman College’s School of Arts and Humanities, where I manage multiple projects and requests, create print and digital marketing materials, coordinate revisions, organize digital assets, and work with faculty, department chairs, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving. I use Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma and enjoy the combination of creative work and project coordination. I’ve also been building the analytical side of marketing through my COOP Careers fellowship.

I’ve worked with Google Analytics 4 and Google Sheets to analyze acquisition channels, audience behavior, revenue, advertising spend, conversions, and purchase-funnel performance, then turn those findings into clear recommendations and reports.

I’m interested in marketing roles involving digital content, social media, campaigns, audience engagement, marketing operations, and analytics. I’m also interested in how design and visual storytelling can make marketing more effective. Currently building my skills in Google Ads, HubSpot, GA4, email marketing, and AI tools for marketing and content.

• Apply paid media, SEO/SEM, and media-buying concepts to client projects and campaign case studies

• Coordinate design requests with faculty and department leaders to promote academic programs and events
• Track deadlines, revisions, event details, and deliverables in Excel and Teams to keep projects on schedule
• Create flyers, banners, newsletters, and social graphics to support outreach across 10 academic departments
