I am a decorated yoga teacher with years of experience. I specifically know how to build a business from the ground up and have plenty of leadership and creative qualities to lead my team to the finish line. Currently I am the studio manager of a yoga studio.

I’ve helped scale startups, lead cross-functional teams, and streamline systems to drive meaningful growth across industries—from hospitality to health tech. As a studio manager and yoga instructor, I combine strategic thinking with heart-centered leadership to grow memberships, improve operations, and build strong, inclusive communities.
