Hired as an Independent Contractor for lenders and real estate companies to ensure the proper completion of the loan closing process. Facilitate the execution and notarization of loan and real estate documents, by printing and preparing signing documents then traveling to meet clients at a time and place convenient for them.

• Receive and accept service or delivery via email, text or mobile app
• Assign self or approved subcontractor via email.
• Printing and preparing loan document packages
• Inform company at assigned location at the designated time.
• Verifying the individual signing the documents are who they claim to be, using proper identification.
• Witnessing and overseeing the signing process and ensuring all required signatures and initials are properly placed on loan.
• Notarizing Documents with official notary seal and signature
• Maintaining a notary journal with accurate records of each notarization performed as required by law
• Forward documents timely and securely back to company via FedEx or UPS
• Send verification of confirmed shipment via smartphone photo.

I serviced 33 years as a Project manager and Human Resources in City Government. Retired in 2020. While running my own business since 2019. I transitioned to Atlanta in 2021 and added the courier business and other subcontractors to assist in branching out into the field.

I continue to assist real estate and lender companies via subcontractors. I current work part time remotely with Progressive casualty insurance as a Senior Customer Preservation Specialist which I primarily work with customers seeking to cancel their policy. Identifying customers’ needs, solves problems, educates and answers questions.

I have obtained my Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Human Resource management, General Management and Project Management with a Post Baccalaureate Certification in Project Management. I also have a Master's of Science degree in Administration.
