I’m Diego Ramos — an operations leader, problem-solver, and people developer with over 15 years of experience across IT infrastructure, industrial operations, and business ownership. My career began in IT and multimedia systems, where I built and managed audio, video, broadcast, and network infrastructure from the ground up. That technical foundation never left me — it’s the lens through which I approach every challenge. Over the years, I co-founded and operated two businesses in industrial fabrication and remodeling, where I learned that great operations are built on clear processes, reliable systems, and empowered people.
