Hello, I am a quick learner to fit into your company's work environment. I can work independently or with a team. My experience spans from General Manager for Fast Food, HR / Payroll Administrator for Warehouse Workers, to Finance Assistant at my present job working with Salesmen/Loans. Accounting, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Communication are my stronger assets during a workday. I am not a person who calls off, and can work anytime, preferably from home.
I have worked with owners of companies to complete strategies discussed in meetings. I have represented a company for changing Health Benefits, Payroll, Taxes, and other routines (such as an Employee Handbook) to dissolve a company and start a new company within the same type of business. I have hired, trained, and layed off employees in a positive manner to create team building. I believe that my personal performance is to be efficient and make a profit on a yearly basis.
