1) Data Analyst - BMC Software, Inc - Pune, Maharashtra (Aug 2019 - Jun 2022)

• Build optimized data models to support dashboard requirements to provide real-time insights and visualizations that enabled data-driven decision-making, Forecasting and Trend Analysis | Performed data validation using Mysql and Tableau, created Dashboard, analyzed the performance and health of KPI reporting dashboardsfor Micromax Ind sales data which resulted into improved sales performance and supported in sound decision making to drive growth.
• Factors influencing customer behavior| Collaboratedwith cross functional team, Navigated and leveraged existing data for analysis & reporting. Wrote Python scripts to pull data from AWS S3 for Karbonn Mobiles client. Performed imputation, aggregation and developed report which increased sales significantly by 3% in Maharashtra region.
