I have been in the Transportation industry for over thirty years. Most of that time in an operations role. I started as a dock worker in 1987 and currently the Assistant Terminal Manager at Yellow Freight which has ceased operations.
When I started as a dock worker, I learned how to move any type of freight. Ten years of in this position gave me a lot of knowledge on how to lead other men and women without being the"Boss." As I progressed in leadership roles, I learned how to get the best results by leading by example.
I graduated high school. I recently became OSHA 30 Hour certified.
