I drive revenue through behavior change. I worked as an individual contributor, and through a team, in the design, development and implementation of sales training programs that cover operations, product knowledge, customer profiles, and soft skills focused on driving increased revenue through the execution of key initiatives, improved efficiency, and better performance management. I overhauled existing programs and developed new trainings that use a variety of methods including: instructor-led training, e-learning, role plays, job aids, and assessments.
