I am a licensed Special Education Teacher as well as a certified QMHP. I am also a certified Yoga and Spin Instructor. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have over 15 years of experience working with children and adults with exceptionalities. I am currently co-owner of Prince of Peace I, Assisted Living Facility.
