I have been an Administrative Assistant for over 3 years. I have worked with Critical Insight a cyber security company assisting the SOC team and out Consultants to engage with our 110+ customers by scheduling and milestone tracking. I have strong organizational skills and plenty of experience with data entry and creating/improving processes using my green belt Lean Six Sigma training. I am very effective at cross team communications and customer facing outreach to create engagement and help finish projects that require more hands on management.
