• Overseeing the entire construction advancement of the project, I took direct accountability for the project's bidding process, which involved multiple vendors. This encompassed the thorough review of bid documents, the distribution of bid invitations, and the subsequent collection of bids.
• In charge of revising the comprehensive project budget to incorporate initial construction expenses, change orders, and potential adjustments. Monitored the baseline schedule of the project and highlighted variations in the monthly progress schedule.
