My name is Dustin Wrightsman, and I bring a diverse background shaped by both military and civilian roles, underscored by a steadfast commitment to excellence and service. I hold an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Ivy Tech Community College, where I consistently earned Dean's List honors.

Professionally, I have built a career that spans roles in security, inventory management, environmental services, and customer support. My tenure as a Target Security Specialist demonstrated my ability to maintain safe environments, mitigate theft, and respond effectively to emergencies. Previously, as an Inventory Specialist with XPO/GXO, I honed my organizational skills, ensuring accurate tracking and auditing of inventory systems.

My time as a Security Officer with Securitas and my military service in the United States Marine Corps instilled discipline, teamwork, and leadership capabilities in me.

In addition to professional expertise, I have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a talent for diffusing tense situations, and a natural ability to connect with individuals. Whether leading Marines as an Assistant Warehouse Chief or assisting customers at Menards, I prioritize building trust and delivering results.

I have a diverse professional background with expertise in security, inventory management, customer service, and leadership. Previously, as an Inventory Specialist II at XPO/GXO, I managed inventory audits, empty bin reviews, and system updates, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

My role as a Security Officer with Securitas showcased my ability to handle tense situations, maintain order, and ensure workplace compliance, including health protocols during COVID-19. In addition, my experience spans customer-facing roles at Rural King and Menards, where I provided product demonstrations, resolved customer inquiries, and handled stocking and logistics.

Notably, I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I led and mentored Marines as an Assistant Warehouse Chief, managed inventory, and upheld operational excellence. This role developed my leadership, logistics, and team-building skills, which have been integral to my civilian roles.
