Dyan Conner

Hello! My name is Dyan Conner. I have been an RN for 5 years. During my profession I have worked on several different units. I have experience in critical care medicine, medical surgical, hospice, palliative care, corrections and case management. I am a very compassionate nurse that believes in caring for my patients as a whole person, ethically and morally. My practice of patient centered care has earned me 2 Daisy awards. I would love to be a part of a team that believes in teamwork, dedication and resilience when it comes to patient care.
