My name is Dylan. I am a dedicated, compassionate and patient centered nurse. I've been an RN for about 5.5 years. In those five years, I had the joy and honor of working with many patients of all walks of life, each a gift in itself. I pride myself on being a strong patient advocate and safety. I have been working in healthcare since 2015. At the start of my healthcare career, I worked in various group homes with residents of various backgrounds and needs, from total assistance needed to almost completely independant. In 2020, I became an RN. The patients I took care of also came from all walks of life with various care needs. I spent over half of my career in hospital setting, including a Transitional Care unit, a long term acute care hospital and on a med-surg unit.
I have an associate of science nursing from Century Colllege, in which I graduated in 2020.
I graduted high school in 2014.
