Edward LeMaster

I just moved to Chicago to teach in CPS. I also have background experience as a barista at a local coffee shop in Nashville called E + Rose. I love being part of the community and making coffee. I love blending my interests in teaching and food service by teaching my students how to cook and run an in-school coffee shop! I am eager to be a barista this summer full time and part-time when the school year resumes in the fall.

My professional experiences, as of the last few years, include teaching special education and working at a coffee + smoothie shop in Nashville. Beyond the jobs listed on my resume, I additionally have worked 4 years throughout early college at other smoothie shops and restaurants in Nashville. I have a lot of experience working with co-workers in food service, serving customers, and cleaning.

I just finished a degree in special education. That program provided me with two years of teaching experiences that translate to interpersonal skills that can be applied to food and beverage service.
