Project Management: Liaison between groups and vendors.
Reporting to management. Creating reports and databases.
Updating MS-Project, Excel and Linked databases.
Ability to successfully anticipate, analyze and meet customer needs required.
Represent plans, status, and issue to tech support areas.
Delegating groups for roll outs, Assigning technicians to issues. Managing team of techs. Forecasting required needs thru reports.
Network/Operating Environments: DOS, Win10, OS X 10.13, RedHat7, Ping, Telnet, TCP/IP, DHCP, FTP, DNS, Enterprise Administrator, Disk Imager.
