Worked in a nursing home/skilled nursing facility for 12 years (2009-2021) serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to residents from tray line and in communal dinning rooms
Graduated from Henry Ford Community College in 2005 with Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts.
Worked 3 days a week in the 5101 restaurant (college restaurant) as server as well as cook/baker. Cooked for and served at specialty dinners for the college restaurant. Also learned day to day running and food sanitation serve safe code of restaurant kitchen.
