Hello! I'm a data enthusiast and experienced leader who's passionate about using technology to transform lives and create innovative customer experiences. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing cross-functional teams to solve gnarly challenges and build out robust data capabilities.
One thing I love about my work is being able to act as a "translator" - helping business teams take their most pressing problems and figure out how to solve them with data, analytics, and insights. It's incredibly exciting to see the impact that data-driven decision-making can have on a business - whether that's boosting revenue, improving customer engagement, or identifying new product opportunities.
Another aspect of my work that's really important to me is coaching and supporting my teams. I believe in empowering others to grow and succeed, and I take a lot of pride in seeing my team members thrive and excel.
Outside of work, you'll find me pursuing all sorts of adventures and challenges - from hiking in the mountains to learning new creative skills at home. I'm always looking for ways to learn and grow, and I'm excited to see where my next adventure will take me!

Recruited as the senior data leader; led Zwift’s transformation to a data-driven company by simultaneously evolving the capabilities of the data teams and improving business processes and the understanding of data amongst key decision makers. Directed functional planning and budgeting, providing technical expertise, and coaching / developing global insights team members.
