I have spent the last 3 years in retail with the last 2 being in management. I am looking for a change that will provide more work-life balance that will still challenge me and further grow my skill sets.

Started at a Walmart store located in Goshen, IN working as a cashier and after a few months moved to the fresh/produce department. At the end of October I transferred to a store in Fort Wayne, IN as an online pick up and delivery (OPD) associate. I was in the department until November of the follow year when I was promoted to the hourly supervisor of OPD.

In November of 2022 I was promoted to hourly supervisor or Team Lead of the online grocery pick up department. In February of 2023 I transferred to the apparel department and worked alongside other Team Leads to maintain the general merchandise side of the store. In May of this year (2024) I was promoted to Salaried member of management or “Coach” of the General Merchandise side of the store.

With my promotion I transferred to a new location and work with other Coaches as assistant store manager running the General Merchandise side of the store with a focus on apparel and housewares.

I graduated from West Noble High School in 2019. From the fall of 2019-the fall of 2020 I attended Ball State University unenrolling due to challenges faced during the COVID pandemic.
