Emily is a marketing and strategy professional with deep expertise in payments and emerging financial technologies. She spent seven years at American Express, earning multiple promotions across roles in acquisition marketing, loyalty partnerships, and prepaid product strategy. Emily began her career driving prospect acquisition for Consumer Cards, including leading paid search efforts and supporting the Platinum Card relaunch.

Following graduation, Emily joined Starbucks' Digital Customer Experience team, where she now serves as a Senior Project Manager and leads strategic initiatives within the payments space. She drives cross-functional infrastructure projects, manages strategic vendor relationships, and partners with internal and external teams to activate co-marketing campaigns to elevate the customer experience.
