Wendy Jack

I am a result driven Sales Professional with a passion for Senior Living Communities. My career and personal experiences centered around providing the best options and choices for Residents and Family members when confronted with making a decision on quality of life. I consider it an honor and a calling to provide unwavering support and guidance for Residents, Staff, and Families when associated with Senior Communities.

I have over ten years of experience in the Senior Living Community industry. My career began as a Business Development Coordinator working my way to the Director of Sales and Marketing role in two start up Communities. My expertise was to build an initial Resident deposit base of fifty percent by the opening of the new Community.

This entailed developing programs to keep the depositors engaged in and feel part of their new Community along with attracting new potential Residents to become involved. Participation in local Chambers of Commerce, Rotaries, Colleges, and other activities contributed to the success in positive relationships and collaborations with the new Senior Communities. Many of the original Residents are still thriving and enjoying their best lives at the Communities that I helped to open!

I have an AS degree in Marketing Management and had an active Real Estate license in South Carolina.
