Emma Baumangelis

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition with a Didactic Program in Dietetics at Bastyr University. My academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to health, service, and continuous learning.

Throughout my college and post-grad experience, I’ve gained hands-on skills in healthcare, customer service, and teamwork through diverse roles—from phlebotomy and lab assistance to food service and animal care. I’ve also remained deeply involved in community outreach, volunteering with organizations like Teen Feed and Alpha Phi Omega to support food access and social justice.

I am currently certified as a National Phlebotomy Technician and aim to merge my clinical skills with my passion for nutrition to create positive, meaningful health outcomes in the communities I serve.

I bring diverse professional experience across healthcare, customer service, animal care, and administrative coordination. I've worked as a laboratory assistant, phlebotomy technician, food server, kennel exercise technician, and midwifery supply coordinator. These roles have developed my adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills—especially in fast-paced and service-oriented environments.

My background is rooted in health and wellness, and I'm currently pursuing a master's in nutrition and dietetics to deepen my impact in clinical and community settings.
