Hello, my name is Emma Rains. I am currently a Kennel Manager at the Wellington Humane Society as well as a Surgery Assistant for our low-cost/TNR surgery programs. I have learned many skills such as intubation, blood draws, subcutaneous fluids/injections and monitoring animals post surgeries. I am very eager to learn more and develop skills in a hospital/clinical setting. I plan to attend WSU Tech to pursue their Veterinarian Assistant program and become a RVT.
