Although I graduated medical school, I realized my true vocation is Healthcare Administration where I could lead the medical staff into providing the best healthcare experience for the people of my community. By utilizing my healthcare workforce knowledge, I can fulfill my Hippocratic Oath to help patients by providing the supervision and direction needed to navigate the complexities of healthcare. I endeavor to promote myself as a Servant Leader, focusing on open communication and relationship building within the workforce, so that the staff may more efficiently and compassionately serve the patients.

Telehealth Medical Practice in over 40 states with over 50 employees including over 10 providers. Reason for Leaving: Wanted to be closer to elderly parents on West Coast.

• Supervised in Human Resources Activities pertaining to onboarding and decision in terminating employees.
