Based on my experience working in customer service and food service roles, I believe I possess several great qualities as a worker. In customer service, I'm a great communicator, empathetic, and able to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism. These qualities allow me to connect with customers and provide them with excellent service.

Additionally, in food service, I possess qualities such as attention to detail, time management, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. These qualities enable me to prepare and serve high-quality food efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience. Overall, my great qualities as a worker make me a valuable asset in customer service and food service roles, and I'm confident that I will continue to excel in these fields.

I do all of this full-time on the off seasons of college.

I have worked in the hospitality industry, specifically in customer service and food service roles. My professional experience includes working as a server's assistant/hostess at the H Hotel, where I greeted guests, seated them, and assisted the server team. Additionally, I worked as a general team member at Northern Lights Dining, where I performed tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Overall, my experience in these roles demonstrates my ability to work in a team, provide excellent customer service, and handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

I am currently studying at Northern Michigan University as a Marketing Major, which I believe is my most relevant education to my future career aspirations. Through my coursework, I have gained a deep understanding of marketing concepts such as market research, consumer behavior, branding, and advertising. I have also developed strong analytical and communication skills, which I believe will be valuable in any future marketing-related roles I pursue.

Additionally, I have taken advantage of various opportunities to gain practical experience, such as internships and marketing-related projects. Overall, I am confident that my education has prepared me well for a career in marketing and I am excited to continue to learn and grow in this field.
