Erma A. Sinclair is a Los Angeles, California native pursuing her Master’s in Divinity (MDiv) at Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. Erma's ministry focus is at the intersection of Black church studies, trauma-informed ministry, gender, and sexuality. As an organizer and advocate for spiritual healing, health care access, and communal flourishing, Erma is committed to holding space for sacred stories and leading life-giving ministries.
I have over 15 years of working experience. I have worked in Library settings since I was 15 years old. My first job was as a library assistant at the University of Southern California Law Library. To help support my undergraduate career, I became a Library assistant at Moffit/Main Library at the University of California at Berkeley. I am an avid reader and enjoy the communal and intellectual wealth of the city library experience.
I attended the University of California at Berkeley and am now pursuing my Master's level degree at Texas Christian University.
