I'm currently a graduate student at Northeastern University pursuing a Master's in Digital Media, Interactive Design. In 2021 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Studio Art with a concentration in Drawing, which laid the foundation for my artistic exploration. Driven by a deep passion for compelling user design and effective visual communication, I made a transition from traditional mediums to the digital realm.
I am eager to leverage my creativity and adept problem-solving abilities to craft practical and aesthetically pleasing designs, with the ultimate goal of delivering meaningful solutions to clients.
In the summer of 2018 I worked my first job as a customer service representative at LLBean in Boston, MA. While I was there I had several tasks, such as communicating financial transactions to upper management on a daily basis, advertising LLBean products, services, and business values through customer interaction, and finally I facilitated sales of LLBean products to patrons and informed them of online and other Boston storefront promotions. From June 2019 to January of 2020 I worked my second job also in customer service at Paper Source in Brookline, MA.
While I was there I assisted in providing great customer service by informing clients of specialized products and services such as gift wrap, wedding invitations, and personalized stationery. I alos demonstrated and encouraged customers to participate in weekly craft workshop courses and company promotions.
Currently earning a Master's Degree at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies in Digital Media (concentration in Interactive Design). In 2017, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Skidmore College with a Bachelor's in Science for Studio Art (concentration in Drawing), and also earned Departmental Honors.
