Huiyu Li

I am Huiyu, a product designer with over two years of graphic design background, excelling in melding creativity and technology to provide outstanding visual and user experiences. I am pursuing my Master's degree in Digital Media at Northeastern University, with a concentration on Interactive Design, and am scheduled to graduate this December.

In the past two years, through both academic projects and internships, I have amassed a wealth of experience that has honed my design and communication skills as an interactive designer and fueled my enthusiasm for my future career. Each project, be it academic or professional, has served as a learning and growth opportunity, enabling me to face the challenges of the interactive design domain with increased proficiency and confidence. I believe in my ability to contribute creatively and technically to Absolute Web.

In the project I am currently involved in, I am collaborating with six developers to redesign an application software aimed at documenting discrimination crimes against Asians to raise public awareness. Throughout the collaboration process with the developers, we encountered numerous challenges and issues. One major issue was that the development team found some aspects of the original design temporarily difficult to implement.

However, the modifications they suggested could significantly impact the user experience, plunging us into a dilemma.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Digital Media at Northeastern University, with a concentration on Interactive Design, and am scheduled to graduate this December.
