I'm an artist in my spare time but professionally I have always started with an entry level position and through merit earned my way to a leadership role in short periods of time. I enjoy working on my feet and hustling. Problem solving is paramount in most businesses and I have made a career being able to do it with an attempt always to create a double win for the parties involved.
I have built teams in selling home furnishings through out the years by always remembering that if I help enough people get what they want I will get what I want. I found early in my career that people respect me when they see me willing to do the things I ask of them. Leadership should always be more work than before or I am not doing it right.
