Ethan Doll

I am a 3 year Computer Science major within the College of Engineering, specializing in computer simulation and game programming. I have a unique ability to visualize data and analysis information in order to create and code programs for the requested outcomes. I am often a leader within group projects based on my natural ability to lead and set direction. I have been on the Deans list for several terms and have coded in C++, C, C#, Python, Java, Java Script and Assembly for the past 8 years.

2 Years as a Assistant Manager/Head Guard - Southwest Swim Association, Columbia, Missouri

• Managed staff and pool facilities daily and during after hours events, including allocation of tasks to on-staff lifeguards, pool water management, and chemical testing
• Interacted daily with members, handling any concerns and complaints and elevating issues to the governing Board when necessary
• Coached 89 swimmers aged 6 - 16 for summer swim league
• Assisted with organizing weekly meets including submission of entries, coordination with other league teams, and parent volunteers

• Provided service to golf club members and guests daily including management of driving range facility, golf cart maintenance, and handling golf clubs

• Worked on computer programming projects to expand knowledge and understanding of data structures and graphical programming 

I have completed course work in data structures, web development, analysis of algorithms, operating systems, software engineering, computer architecture, assemble language, and computer graphics. Often working in teams on group projects ranging from 1 - 6 other group members. Worked as the project lead on a game recreation team of 5 that resulted in successful recreation of the “Wizard of Wor” game.
