Hello! I presently work at druise & darr in the hermitage hotel downtown. Prior to that I was at bishop in Memphis, before that a Hemingway themed bar in the French quarter, and prior to that a variety of places in Denver.
I’ve been bartending for 6/7 years and have mostly worked in craft/volume concepts. The past two spots I’ve worked have been fine dining which are the only exception.
