Maintained a 3-star, 18 room property hotel – commercial property consisting of a large farmhouse converted into guest rooms on 3 floors with a commercial kitchen, dining area, pub with a brass sink and antique beer taps, and a reception area. Off the farmhouse, primary duties after cleaning guest rooms included, maintenance of chalets, bungalows, stables, barn, an indoor area with moisture issues and an exterior arena for jumping. Transporting and horses to paddocks and corrals as well as dry lots.

Maintaining fields to avoid allergies to grasses and feeding guest and company horses and ponies. Other duties included winter preparation of firewood in tough shed, porting outdoor furniture in the spring and summer when it rained. Setting up barbeques and receptions.

Vacuuming and landscaping common areas. Some gardening. Painting and various other carpentry, maintenance and labor needs on the main facility and a satellite gourmet hamburger stand run by a relative.
