Faiza Ahmed

I am a first generation Bangladeshi American graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. My academic journey has strengthened my foundation in mathematics and has allowed me to adopt an analytical mindset, which I strive to leverage in the fields of data analysis and information systems management. I am targeting the technology and healthcare industries, where I believe innovative data strategies can significantly improve efficiency and outcomes.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Remodeling Contractor and Project Manager at EverStrong Construction, where I manage client acquisition, subcontractor onboarding, and oversee end-to-end remodeling projects using tools like HoneyBook and WBS. I also use AI to track timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient, on-time project delivery.

Prior to that, I interned as a Business Analyst at Eco’s Recycling, where I analyzed over 5,000 transactions to identify trends, reduce inventory costs by 15%, and boost sales by 5%. I also built dashboards and reports to improve performance tracking and decision-making.

I graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Information Technology Management. My studies emphasized database programming, business analytics, and project management. Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience with tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and R, and built a strong foundation in technical concepts such as object-oriented programming, data analysis, and database systems.
