Felicia Thompson

I am currently in the process of obtaining my Certificate in Paralegal Studies (criminal defense) to further my career. I am great with people and enjoy working with others. I do not have much work experience in a law firm setting at all, although I am eager to learn and want to learn as much as possible in this field.

I have worked with computers and done a lot of research for college while taking Cyber Forensic classes. I am still learning but I am a quick learner and will catch on pretty fast if you allow me. I have always wanted to work in the in criminal justice system since I was younger.

I have had my current job since 2016 taking care of the elderly as a home health aide. I am looking to completely change my career and focus on my life goals and dreams I have for myself.

I have worked in the Home Health field for over 10 years taking care of the elderly. Took that career and went to the OR at NRV Hospital and became a NA. I then chose to follow my dream and move into the Criminal Justice area where I then got my Associates in Cyber Forensics. I am now currently attending NU to pursue my Paralegal Studies.
