Francis Ikard

I am a social butterfly who takes pride in having high emotional intelligence and good soft skills. I love meeting new people and growing my sphere of friends and acquaintances. I have spent a few years studying accounting and financial literacy and studying for a Texas real estate license to help me better understand the residential market.

As my resume shows, I like to work hard to “climb the ladder” and have experience working and living in a high-stress environment. My most recent and relevant work experience was working as a credit analyst, reviewing people's financial statements to assess risk for approving loans. In this experience, I sat in on loan meetings to learn the inner workings of getting loans approved for customers.

I aspire to create a career in banking and someday become a loan officer.

My professional experience was working as a credit analyst for Community National Bank in Lubbock, Texas. In this position, I went through potential customers' financial statements to assess the risk of granting loans. I gained experience utilizing Excel to create loan packages to be sent to the committee. I kept persistent contact with customers to continuously update customers financial information and keep exceptions down.
