With over six years of experience in various areas of the IT field, I have worked as a designer, developer, teacher, and most recently as a Lead IT Support Specialist for a high-profile client. I am very well-rounded and able to solve problems in distinct technologies.
As the Lead NY Client Support Specialist at AFScott LLC, I managed IT operations for a high-profile Medical Concierge Clinic called Atria Health. Expanding support from 30 to over 300 users across multiple states. My hands-on experience includes troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and A/V systems.
I administered user accounts through Active Directory and managed endpoint systems like Intune and Addigy. Additionally, I developed technical documentation and supervised IT support efforts, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution. I was the only onsite IT Personnel representing AFScott.

I worked with a team of 6 to support over 2000 users in the Hudson County Government. Where we managed a Jail, Mental Health Hospital, County Sheriff's Office Building, Politicians, and more.
